Project Feasibility Consultation
Are we allowed to build here? What can be built? How much will it all cost? Where should we even start?
These are the common questions we help solve right at the very beginning. Providing our clients with a project feasibility study came from a shared frustration of wasting too much time and money re-designing one too many times. Irrespective of when our clients join us, we always start with a project feasibility. What this assessment provides is a very high-level overview of all of the constraints of the project including indicative costs associated with the project. This may include design, council, and consultant fees, site costs specific to your plot of land, and finally the indicative cost of building your dream home.
Design
We partner with a selected group of designers and architects who align with our desire to build naturally. Our comprehensive experience and knowledge of the design process combined with our build experience results in a design that can be built within your budget. It’s simple yet effective.

Whilst it’s not for everyone, we love the challenge of renovating! There is a great sense of reward when you get to breathe new life into something, improving function, amenity and performance of the building whilst maintaining the features and charm of what was there long before us.

Insight
Before we even think about designing or building we provide you with all of the insights you need to make the best decision for you and your family. The region, the possibilities of your specific site or sites, the potential council constraints, the buildability, the associated (hidden) costs that come with every building site and importantly the complete end to end process and the timeframes associated with this process. You will walk away from this with a complete understanding of what it takes to build your dream home, what it costs and how long it takes.
Design
We begin with the end in mind. How do you envision your life in your new home? Got it. Now we work backwards and find a solution that delivers on this ideal within all of the constraints at hand. This is where we fuse artistic with realistic. We know there will be compromises along the way but our desire is always focused on actually bringing your dream to life. It’s great to dream but how much better is it to live the dream?
Build
The great thing about being a builder with early design engagement is that we understand your vision intimately. Our whole team does. We know why a certain room is laid the way it is, or why the island bench needs to be a certain height. This helps us build with intent and get the finer details just right
Live
Now it’s our turn to sit back, relax and watch you grow into your new home. Establish a garden, fill your bookshelf, stock the cellar, find that warm cosy spot of the house and read a book. Whatever it is that brings you joy in life, rest assured you have the home to make it happen.
